Fort.ind is an open-source website that's free for everyone to use, so let's get started. To comply with COPPA, fort.ind requires users to be at least 13 years old to access social features or fort.server. You'll also need to use common sense. Since fort.ind is powered by Google Sites, as a visitor, you should be aware of this. By using the site, you're agreeing to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Fort.server rules and how we monitor what's on it

Fort.server is a shared Linux VM where people can interact and have fun together, but that means there are rules. Users are forbidden from viewing sexual content (CSAM, porn, gore, etc.). You can't use fort.server for doxxing users or harassing members of fort. You also can't tamper with or delete system files, and you must be respectful of other members' actions. Admins and mods monitor the server 24/7 to ensure users follow the rules and aren't disruptive to others. 

Chatrooms, Fort.ind Forums and the Discord Server rules

In the chatrooms, forums, and our Discord server, you must follow the posted rules. Additionally, you must not spam chats or replies in forum posts or in the Discord content that is sexual in nature, which is FORBIDDEN and will not be tolerated. Keeping these spaces safe for everyone helps us maintain a strong community. Please don't advertise in chats without permission from admins.

Fort Services 

Fort.ind provides a range of services, including access to AI-powered features. By agreeing to these terms, you also consent to use other Fort services, such as Fort.Paint, Fort.Shop, and Fort.Mastodon. Your Fort account is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement. 

How we handle your data + Analytics 

Fort.ind will never collect your personal information without your explicit consent. We'll only be able to collect it if you provide it. We follow Google's privacy policy, which means we won't collect personal or device info by default. If we do collect data, it will be for Cloudflare/View Count and won't be linked to you. We won't read your private messages on forums or use your data for advertising, since Fort is an ad-free platform and open-source on GitHub.
